Role Overview
The Marketing & Partnerships Lead is responsible for shaping and executing the brand, communication, and partnership strategy for Zee Live’s marquee IPs across entertainment, food, and lifestyle. This role blends creativity with executional excellence—leading integrated 360° marketing campaigns, building strategic brand alliances, and crafting compelling narratives that drive audience engagement and monetization. The ideal candidate brings a strong media network, deep understanding of live experiences, and the ability to lead multi-platform campaigns across traditional and digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning
- Define the marketing vision and communication strategy for each IP across formats and categories
- Lead the development and execution of 360° marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, social, PR, influencer)
- Craft compelling brand narratives and positioning frameworks that resonate with target audiences
- Drive the go-to-market strategy for IPs, ensuring unified storytelling across all channels
2. Partnerships & Sponsorships
- Forge strategic brand alliances and sponsorships to enhance visibility, value, and revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams to co-create pitch narratives, branded content ideas, and custom solutions
- Leverage brand synergies to build long-term monetization and engagement opportunities
3. Ticketing & Promotional Strategy
- Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with ticketing platforms (BookMyShow, Paytm Insider, etc.)
- Own pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies in collaboration with sales and product teams
- Optimize ticketing performance through targeted promotions, influencer tie-ins, and audience segmentation
4. Media Planning & Budgeting
- Lead planning and execution of media campaigns across digital, print, radio, and OOH
- Work closely with media agencies to ensure cost-efficient, high-impact visibility
- Track performance, manage budgets, and optimize spends across platforms
5. Talent & Influencer Integration
- Identify and onboard high-impact personalities—chefs, performers, influencers, celebrities—to amplify event presence
- Design fan engagement touchpoints (meet & greets, performances, panels) that deepen audience connection
- Collaborate on content amplification strategies through influencer and social media activations
6. Team & Agency Management
- Lead a cross-functional marketing team and drive alignment with content, production, PR, and sales functions
- Oversee creative, digital, event, and media agencies to ensure brand consistency and delivery excellence
- Ensure seamless execution of campaigns from ideation to post-event evaluation
