Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Manager - Marketing Performance & Technology to join our team. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for shaping and driving our marketing technology strategy, optimizing marketing performance, and ensuring that our marketing initiatives effectively engage and connect with our target audiences. Your expertise in data analytics and marketing technologies will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand visibility and achieving business objectives.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing technology strategy that integrates various platforms to drive efficiency and effectiveness across marketing initiatives.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and IT, to align marketing technology solutions with overall business goals.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of marketing technologies, ensuring that tools are effectively utilized to improve marketing outcomes.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team in the effective use of data analytics and technology to enhance marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure Qiddiya remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to optimize technology partnerships and solutions that drive marketing success.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on marketing performance, technology effectiveness, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing performance analysis, marketing technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record in leveraging marketing analytics tools and technologies to drive strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in managing marketing technology platforms such as CRM, marketing automation, and digital analytics tools.
