We’re Hiring: Senior Manager – Media & Marketing Campaigns

Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore
Timings: 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

We are looking for a strategic and creative Senior Manager – Media & Marketing Campaigns to lead, plan, and execute high-impact marketing and media campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong campaign leadership experience, media planning expertise, and the ability to drive brand visibility and measurable results.

Job Description – Senior Manager Media & Marketing Campaigns

The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing integrated media and marketing campaigns, managing budgets and agencies, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage integrated media and marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL & Digital)
• Develop campaign strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
• Lead media planning, buying, and performance evaluation across platforms
• Coordinate with creative, digital, PR, and media agencies
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and ROI tracking
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports for management
• Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity
• Lead and mentor marketing team members involved in campaign execution

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in media and marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of ATL, BTL, and digital media planning
• Proven experience in managing large-scale campaigns and agency coordination
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
