Senior Manager, Member Engagement & Communications

Position Purpose: Manage and direct various Member Engagement & Communications strategies to help improve member engagement and retention. Oversee Engagement & Communications strategies related to regulations, operations, and/or health education, and including execution, measurement, and reporting. Provide strategic solutions to various member initiatives while meeting compliance regulations and timelines.
  • Manage the engagement and communication plan development and execution ensuring key milestones and deliverables are achieved
  • Identify & Collaborate key business partners, health plans and vendors on various communication initiatives providing strategic direction and gaining full alignment
  • Utilize a multi-channel communication approach including web, direct mail, email, text, etc., continuously identifying communication innovations
  • Manage and direct vendors and external partners on scope of work and key deliverables
  • Identify & leverage internal and external market data and research insights to help identify opportunities and inform key decisions and planning
  • Identify department and project needs, maintaining continuous evaluation and development of process and procedures to drive effectiveness
  • Build and maintain internal and external business relationships.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Consumer Experience, or Business Administration. 6+ years of relevant communications or marketing experience.

Candidates must reside in the state of Nevada to be considered. Up to 50% in state travel required.

Pay Range: $87,700.00 - $157,800.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
