IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

As a Senior Manager – Microservices, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of microservices-based architectures that align with business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of microservices ecosystems. Your expertise will be critical in modernizing applications, implementing best practices, and driving innovation in software development.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Collaborate with software engineers, DevOps teams, and architects to build scalable and resilient services.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and improve release cycles.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in microservices and cloud-native development.
• Ensure microservices are secure, well-monitored, and optimized for performance.
• Oversee the migration of monolithic applications to microservices architectures.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; master’s degree preferred.

Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3-5 years in microservices architecture.

Technical Competencies:

• Programming
• Docker and Kubernetes
• Microservices principles, service discovery, and API gateways
• DevOps practices, including CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
