For the New York Office of a Leading Plaintiff-Side Litigation Firm
Responsibilities include:

Lead the firm’s content and thought leadership strategy across digital, print, and campaign channels.

Write, edit, and oversee content for website, social media, client communications, and marketing materials, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.

Build deep institutional knowledge of clients, prospects, partners, and market dynamics. Translate Business Development insights into targeted proposals, campaigns, and content strategies that support client development and retention.
- Partner with attorneys, Business Development staff, and external PR/media resources to identify, shape, and place thought leadership, including article placement and campaign development.

Oversee and project manage the firm’s RFP, pitch, and awards programs, including supervising a dedicated writer and managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Serve as the senior reviewer and editor for proposals and submissions, ensuring high-quality, polished, and strategically aligned content.
Qualifications include:

7–10 years of content, communications, or proposal management experience within a professional services environment.

Demonstrated leadership experience managing workflows, projects, and junior team members.

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and contributing to business development and marketing strategy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with content, document, or proposal management systems.
Salary: $165k-$185k
