THE ROLE:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager – Events & Conferences to lead and elevate our events offering.

As Senior Manager – Events & Conferences, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all events across the property. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring every event reflects the high standards, creativity, and attention to detail that define The Ned Doha.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Lead the Events & Conferences team, driving performance and service excellence
• Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of events, from concept to delivery
• Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver cohesive event experiences
• Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and innovative event solutions
• Ensure all events are executed to the highest standards of quality, service, and brand consistency
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting for the department

ABOUT YOU:

• Proven experience in a senior events role within luxury hospitality or a similar environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
• Commercially driven with a strong understanding of revenue and profitability
• A passion for creating memorable guest experiences
