For the Chicago Office of an International Law Firm
Responsibilities include:

Lead the full-cycle lateral recruitment and onboarding process for associate, counsel, post-judicial clerkship attorney, scientific advisor and patent agent hires.

Serve as primary contact for key stakeholders including candidates, outside search firms, vendors, and law school alumni relations counselors.

Proactively develop and execute firm-wide recruiting strategies, collaborate with firm leadership, manage recruiting pipelines, and oversee candidate diligence, onboarding, and integration.

Guide firmwide recruiting projects including but not limited to branding, communications, and marketing, interview training, development of internal best practices and guides, and candidate engagement activities.

Synthesize and prepare recruitment data/statistical reports, including analysis of internal data and current market trends. Stay current on legal industry recruitment best practices and trends.

Manage the development and performance of direct reports.
Qualifications include:

6–8+ years of legal recruiting experience; 2+ years of experience managing direct reports.

Demonstrated experience leading full-cycle attorney recruiting initiatives, including lateral hiring and candidate onboarding processes.

Strong ability to build trusted relationships with attorneys, candidates, and external recruiting partners while influencing stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-service mindset and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies such as Flo Recruit, LinkedIn Recruiter, Pirical, or similar platforms.
Salary: $140k-$200k
