Summary

SafetyChain Software is
looking for a strategic, tech-savvy Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to scale and optimize our marketing engine. Reporting to the CMO with a dotted line to RevOps, you will own the marketing function within HubSpot (CRM) focusing on automation, segmentation, campaign execution, data hygiene, and performance reporting. You will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth, increasing operational efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the marketing organization.

What You'll Do:

In a high-impact and high-visibility role as a part of the marketing team, you’ll own our website, SEO, lead our MarTech stack implementations and optimizations. You’ll create sales and marketing reports and analysis to understand where to drive more investment in customer acquisition strategies.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing Systems & Automation

  • Own and optimize the marketing-owned functions within HubSpot, including workflows, lists, scoring models, campaign automation, and segmentation
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance campaign effectiveness, personalization, and team productivity
  • Implement and maintain lead lifecycle stages, campaign tagging, and marketing-source attribution models

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Build and maintain multi-touch email nurture programs and lifecycle campaigns across personas and funnel stages
  • Define and enforce campaign operations standards (e.g., UTM structure, naming conventions, segmentation strategies)
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen, Content, and Product Marketing teams to support seamless campaign execution

Data Governance & Insights

  • Manage marketing data hygiene and alignment within HubSpot in partnership with RevOps
  • Create marketing-specific dashboards and reports to monitor campaign performance, funnel conversion, and lead quality
  • Provide actionable insights to marketing leadership to improve pipeline contribution and ROI

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Revenue Operations on marketing-sourced pipeline reporting, lead flow governance, and system alignment
  • Support alignment and data integration with related tools such as Outreach, Gong, Google Analytics, zoominfo, and ClickUp
  • Serve as the go-to expert for marketing technology usage and optimization within the broader RevOps ecosystem

What You’ll Need (Requirements)

  • 5–8 years in marketing operations, with direct ownership of marketing automation within HubSpot
  • Deep experience with email automation, lead scoring, nurture campaign development, and performance reporting
  • Familiarity with tools like Outreach, Gong, Google Analytics, zoominfo and ClickUp is a plus
  • Strong understanding of how to apply AI and automation to enhance marketing productivity
  • Analytical mindset with proven ability to create actionable insights from data
  • Effective communicator with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Experience in B2B SaaS preferred; knowledge of food and beverage or manufacturing industries is a plus
