The Sr. Manager of Talent Strategy will support cross-functional people initiatives and lead the charge internally for HR team process improvement. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Talent Strategy, this position will be responsible for overseeing HR project timelines and deliverables, supporting system improvements, and contribute to cross-departmental change management efforts through clear documentation and communication of people and compliance impact to proposed changes. This role will manage a team dedicated to maintenance and improvement of HRIS systems and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team responsible for maintaining HRIS data and systems (Currently: ADP WFN), implementing technological innovations, managing HR IT infrastructure, and transitioning processes from manual to digital as required.
- Oversee and lead a benefits coordinator through team member support for benefits enrollment and companywide benefit plans, perks and initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional HR operations initiatives, ensuring full alignment with the organization's HR strategy and overarching business objectives.
- Will represent HR in meetings and will collaborate closely with all department teams to streamline processes and deliver scalable people solutions.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications across multiple regions and time zones, maintaining engagement and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide strong support for system maintenance and improvements by gathering business requirements, conducting thorough testing, and facilitating effective training sessions.
- Work with internal stakeholders to maintain data integrity, ensure accurate reporting, and always uphold adherence to standards.
- Monitor key project performance indicators, providing leadership with regular updates on progress, identifying risks, and recommending appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to change management efforts by delivering clear documentation, comprehensive training, and well-structured communication plans to ensure successful adoption and alignment.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations and project management within a global organization
- 7-10 years of experience in HR with generalized responsibilities including but not limited to Employee Relations, Compliance, LOA, Benefits, etc
- 2-5 years of experience leading a team
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of autonomy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience in process mapping, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrates a strong passion for data analytics with hands-on experience in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and other reporting platforms to drive insights, inform decision-making, and optimize HR processes.
- Knowledge of company benefit plans, open enrollment processes and team member benefits support beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; specifically, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management tools is a plus and/or any project management certifications such as PMP, Lean Six, etc.
- Strong detail orientation; systematic and thorough approach to problem solving; and good time management, organizational, and recordkeeping skills.
