In this strategic leadership role, you will be instrumental in driving the operational readiness efforts for our cutting-edge projects within the entertainment and cultural sectors. You will oversee the development and implementation of operational strategies, ensuring that all facilities and services are fully prepared for successful launch and operation.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and refine operational readiness strategies that align with Qiddiya's vision and objectives for new and existing projects.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, engineering, and other departments to integrate operational needs into project planning and execution.
- Readiness Evaluation: Lead comprehensive assessments of operational readiness, identifying potential risks, issues, and gaps well ahead of project launches.
- Training and Development Oversight: Design and implement robust training programs for staff to ensure they meet performance standards and support operational excellence.
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators to evaluate operational efficacy and readiness, presenting insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Risk Management: Identify and address operational risks proactively through effective risk management strategies and contingency planning.
- Focus on Guest Experience: Ensure operational readiness initiatives prioritize enhancing guest experience in alignment with Qiddiya's commitment to exceptional service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in operational management or readiness, especially within the entertainment or large-scale project sectors, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in developing and executing operational strategies that improve service delivery and operational efficiencies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive collaborative initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, adept at engaging with senior management and diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in designing and facilitating training programs targeted at operational staff capabilities.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Understanding of the cultural and regulatory contexts of Saudi Arabia is advantageous.
