Indus Pipes & Fittings is looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in the pipes, fittings, and construction building materials sector. The ideal candidate should have market knowledge, dealer network experience, and the ability to manage sales teams effectively.

The candidate must be capable of achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, contractors, builders, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Develop new clients in construction, plumbing, infrastructure, and building material markets
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, consultants, and distributors
• Prepare sales strategies and market expansion plans
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Conduct client meetings and field visits regularly
• Ensure timely recovery and customer satisfaction
• Prepare sales reports and performance analysis for management

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales management
• Experience in Pipes, PVC/HDPE/PPR products, sanitary, hardware, or construction building materials industry is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Good knowledge of Islamabad/Rawalpindi market and dealer network
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
