Senior Manager - Planning & Reporting - Transport - 20004449 CDU9

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager for Planning & Reporting to join our Transport Business Unit. In this critical role, you will lead the planning and reporting functions to support the strategic development and operational efficiency of our transport-related projects within the Qiddiya ecosystem.

You will be responsible for overseeing budget planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and reporting activities, ensuring that all transport initiatives align with the company's overall objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to deliver accurate financial insights and support key decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, implementation, and management of the planning and reporting processes for the Transport Business Unit.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports aligned with operational goals.
  • Provide insightful analysis on transport project performance and identify areas for improvement or cost optimization.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) to support real-time decision-making.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and project management teams to ensure alignment on financial objectives and reporting standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives around planning and reporting methodologies and processes.
  • Prepare presentations and communicate findings effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in transport planning and financial reporting.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in planning, reporting, or financial management, ideally within the transport or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the Middle East region is a plus.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
