Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for medical device distribution. Ensure cost-effective purchasing, strict process compliance, and seamless coordination with vendors and internal teams to support operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the procurement process from purchase order to payment, ensuring compliance and approvals at each stage.
• Lead vendor selection, negotiation, and RFQ processes to secure favorable terms.
• Manage and mentor the procurement team, delegating tasks and tracking performance via daily/weekly reports.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure timely GRN processing and discrepancy resolution.
• Ensure accurate documentation, system updates (SAP/Tally), and portal uploads (GEM/ECCI).

Qualifications & Skills

• 8+ years in procurement/supply chain, preferably in medical devices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Proficient in SAP, MS Excel, and procurement portals.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and process management skills.
• High integrity and attention to detail.
