About the role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead our Stays Product team, with a focus on optimizing the customer booking experience across our Stays vertical. You will drive the product strategy and execution, working closely with engineering, design, analytics, data, and commercial teams. You will also provide leadership and mentorship to the Product Manager within the team.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who excels at problem discovery, solution discovery and has a strong track record of building impactful consumer-facing products at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product vision and strategy for the Stays booking experience, aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Lead end-to-end product discovery, from identifying customer problems through data and research to validating solutions that deliver measurable impact.
• Own and improve key metrics such as booking conversion rate, step to step conversion rate, average order value, feature adoption and retention
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and analytics teams to prioritize, plan, and deliver high-quality products and features.
• Collaborate closely with supply, content, operations and business teams to ensure a seamless cross-functional customer experience.
• Drive a data-driven product development approach by defining key success metrics, designing experiments, and translating insights into actions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and customer-centric decision-making within the team.
• Manage, mentor, and develop Product Managers, supporting their professional growth and execution excellence.
• Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes effectively to senior stakeholders across the organization.

Profile Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience, ideally in a consumer-facing digital product or online travel environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead product discovery and translate insights into impactful product solutions.
• Proven experience in managing complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around a common goal.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Experience mentoring or managing product managers.
• Hands-on experience with analytical tools such as Amplitide, SQL, Python, or equivalent.
• Good to have:
• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Experience with experimentation (A/B testing), design thinking, and user research methodologies.
• Familiarity with online travel products or marketplaces.
