About the Job:


An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Manager - Program Management to join Dubai Holding Land Estate . The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Develop and maintain an updated integrated master schedule for all projects in coordination with all Development Directors, business units and Consultants.
  • Assist various business units in developing and updating their master schedule and program expenditure report (Cash Flow).
  • Review with all business units all key & interface milestone/activities that need to be included in their projects for inclusion in the master program.
  • Coordinate with all department projects to ensure that the integrated master program includes all key milestones & activities required at project level to perform the delivery of the project scope.
  • Design, develop and prepare various presentations and reports utilizing best practice software such as Power BI and the like.
  • Coordinate and meet with individual business units/Development Directors to ensure that progress of milestone/activities is in compliance with the baseline master schedule.
  • Provide the required updated schedule information to be submitted to the concerned Authorities as and when required e.g. DEWA, Etisalat, etc
  • Provide recommendations to business units and Development Directors on corrective actions when their project performance or results deviate from the agreed baseline master program.
  • Assist the business units/Development Directors in compiling the monthly progress report which is submitted by the planning department to the executive management.
  • Assist finance in compiling the monthly finance report (MFR) for key internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain & develop program control system and Dashboard (PCS) and ensure all data is correct and updated.
  • Review and control the consultants and sub-consultants baseline schedule, milestone activities and team activities that need to be included in the master plan program. Ensure to update the activity or milestone biweekly for management review.
  • Provide consultants progress reports weekly.
  • Prepare and develop appropriate detail summary for development control schedules.
  • Coordinate and assist the budget team in preparation of the program to reflect the stages against the budget.
  • Coordinate with the project team to include the construction timeline in the master plan for the project delivery cycle.
  • Review and study the project procedure and timeline.
  • Review with all business units the development procedures (lifetime) for the projects to improve the efficiency of the development stages.
  • Provide analysis and insights into any risks or delays.


About you:


The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Project Planning / Scheduling experience across Master planning and infrastructure of projects , with 10 to 12 years.
  • Significant experience of implementing complex phasing & planning strategies and projects, dealing with statutory and non-statutory planning processes
  • Ability to provide technical support to all Departments for reviewing certain subjects related to Programme Control Methods.
  • Practical experience in major real estate projects in the MENA/GCC region
  • Consultant Background is preferred Implement complex planning strategies and projects, dealing with statutory and non-statutory planning processes across project lifecycle & values chain.
  • To provide technical support to all Departments for reviewing certain subjects related to Programme Control Methods.
  • Highly skilled at producing best practice reports, dashboards and presentations that utilize the latest software.
  • Strong stakeholder coordination skills.
