Senior Manager - Projects (Arena Development) - SPA183

Qiddiya Investment Company, a leading real estate company, is seeking a highly experienced and driven individual to join our team as a Senior Project Manager Arena Development. As a Senior Project Manager - Arena Development, you will play a critical role in managing the development of one of our real estate projects, contributing to the delivery of innovative and world class entertainment and sports destinations in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a results oriented professional who has a strong understanding real estate industry, along with excellent project management and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting the delivery of large scale arena or stadium projects, along with a deep knowledge of market trends and regulations for venues.

Responsibilities

• Support the end to end development process of an arena development project, from concept to completion
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation and optimal delivery
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including design, procurement, construction, legal, and finance to ensure successful project execution
• Support feasibility studies, market analysis, and financial modeling
• Identify and assess potential risks, track risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Coordinate and manage processes with external stakeholders including contractors, vendors, and local authorities
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues, document and track key actions and report on project status to senior management
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in real estate development
• Support the communication within the development team, fostering a collaborative and high performing work environment
• Manage and prepare monthly reports for presentation to the project control group

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Construction Management, or Architecture (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven track record of at least 7 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate development (Experience in KSA desirable)
• Experience in supporting all stages of planning, development and delivery of a state of the art arena or stadium project
• In depth knowledge of market trends, regulations, and best practices for sports and entertainment venues
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and team management abilities
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Arabic language proficiency desirable but not mandatory
