To support the Head of R&R in the formulation of the R&R operations strategies and manage the entire operations implementations.
RewardsManage all operational processes of Rewards and ensure that they are running smoothly.
Develop and maintain MIS and ensure all reports are prepared accurately.
Manage promotion against vacancy, retention & any ADHOC promotion & salary review cases on day to day basis.
Manage all the change of status requests and ensure that all are prepared & executed error-free.
Support the Head of R&R in rolling out salary review cycle and ensure its implementation is done smoothly.
Work in partnership with business heads towards the achievements of the bank's objectives.
Contribute in the annual audit exercises related to R & R, and ensure that no observations are highlighted by Audit.
Support the performance management cycle process and timely execution
RecognitionReceive and verify all the award nomination documents in order to ensure all the nominations are as per the Awards Scheme criteria's and assessor's requirements.
Manage the designing & implementing of guidelines & criteria for Awards Scheme.
Liaise with the department heads for obtaining the nominations based on the awards scheme guidelines & criteria to ensure that the awards are distributed correctly and as per the budget.
Assist in reviewing the recognition policies.
Assist in budgeting for the Staff Annual Gathering awards.
HR QMSManage HR QMS requirement.
All the above accountabilities includes but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager.
EducationMinimum Graduate in Management / HR
MBA is an advantage
Work ExperienceAt least 6-8 years' experience in HR areas mainly rewards, payroll or operations, preferably in the banking industry
