Strategic Objectives for Market Expansion and Customer Engagement:
- Strengthen Existing Relationships: Cultivate long-term customer relationships for loyalty and positive brand reputation.
- Expand Customer Base: Onboard new customers, focusing on renowned bookstores, book/stationery shops, general traders, and high-traffic book stalls (bus/railway/airport).
- Engage Distributors Nationwide: Collaborate with distributors across Pakistan for deeper market penetration and prominent display of publications.
- Enhance Visibility and Reach: Implement targeted outreach and promotions to increase the visibility, availability, and sales across all key channels.
- Drive Sustainable Growth: Align engagement and distribution efforts with broader sales objectives for measurable growth and reinforced market presence.
Sales Strategy & Planning
- Set Sales Targets for POS, Overseas, and all other sales sections.
- Prepare Key Sales Policies including Discounts Policy, Credit Policies, Seasonal Packages, and Special Sales Offers.
Customer and Stakeholder Relations
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build a strong relationship with existing and potential customers.
- Event Management: Manage participation in National and International Book Fairs and Publishing Exhibitions.
- Organizational Liaison: Fulfill Pakistan Cabinet Organizational level requirements and perform a liaison role between Distribution of Books and Pakistan Cabinet.

- Team Leadership: Craft and lead a team of high performers who can materialize the vision.

Job Specification
- Minimum MBA in Marketing from a reputable University.
- Strong grasp over English.
- At least 8 years' experience in Marketing & Sales of Books and e-Books is essential.
- Experience in Journals/Magazines publishing would be advantageous.
- Experience of managing online content/media is desirable.
- Must be Commercially focused and have experience of leading publishing houses.
