Senior Manager Sales

Position Overview:
This role will lead to high-value enterprise sales across banks, fintechs, PSPs, large retail chains, aggregators, telcos, and corporate institutions, driving strategic revenue growth, managing complex and regulated sales cycles, and positioning our organization as a preferred technology partner across acquiring, gateway, SoftPOS, and digital payment solutions with deep experience in merchant acquiring, payment gateway deployments, PSP frameworks, and enterprise commercial structuring within the Pakistan regulatory ecosystem governed by State Bank of Pakistan and global card schemes such as Visa, Mastercard, and PayPak and directly contributes to annual revenue targets, strategic market expansion, and institutional partnerships.

Key Objectives:

  • Achieve enterprise revenue targets
  • Build and close large institutional deals
  • Expand footprint in banks, fintechs, and large merchant segments
  • Strengthen strategic partnerships in the digital payments ecosystem
  • Contribute to product-market positioning and commercial strategy

Complex Deal Structuring

  • Lead RFP responses and formal bid submissions
  • Develop pricing models including MDR, SaaS, revenue-share, and licensing frameworks
  • Negotiate SLAs, service agreements, and integration timelines
  • Manage multi-stakeholder enterprise environments

Regulatory & Compliance Alignment

  • Ensure proposals align with SBP regulatory frameworks
  • Coordinate with compliance and risk teams for regulatory approvals
  • Maintain working knowledge of PCI-DSS requirements and card scheme certification processes

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in fintech, digital payments, banking, or financial services
  • Strong exposure to merchant acquiring, payment gateways, card issuing/acquiring models, PSP ecosystems, and POS/SoftPOS deployments
  • Working knowledge of SBP regulatory environment
  • Familiarity with Visa, Mastercard, and PayPak frameworks
  • Proven enterprise sales track record with revenue ownership

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
