We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sr. Manager - Sales Development to drive sales operations, developer relationships, and end-to-end customer solutions in the real estate domain. This leadership role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in real estate sales enablement, project management, and mortgage advisory, combined with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and optimize sales operations to support business growth and improve conversion rates.
Manage and enhance relationships with real estate developers, ensuring seamless collaboration and business alignment.
Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to deliver mortgage and financing solutions for clients.
Oversee project management efforts across sales lifecycle, ensuring timely execution of strategies and achievement of sales targets.
Monitor and report on KPIs, market trends, and performance analytics to senior leadership.
To prepare Sales Strategies on the go through numbers and analysis to increase revenue.
Need to carry out analysis about the sales team and developers to share the insights for all stakeholders and the way forward to improve business.
Should be able to study and research competition and share insights for improvement of company structure and operations.
Mentor and manage cross functional teams to ensure high performance and alignment with business goals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through top notch communication and customer experience strategies.
