Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Ad Sales Manager – Digital to lead and grow our advertising revenue from the North Region. This role involves developing strong relationships with agencies and brands, understanding their business needs, and delivering customized digital advertising solutions that drive ROI and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Generation:
    Drive digital ad sales targets across the North region, with a focus on acquiring and growing new business from key verticals.
  • Client Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies and direct advertisers to secure repeat and long-term business.
  • Solution Selling:
    Understand client objectives and craft strategic media plans using our digital platforms and products to meet those needs.
  • Market Analysis:
    Monitor competitive activity, identify market trends, and proactively recommend new opportunities to senior leadership.
  • Campaign Coordination:
    Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, ad ops, product, and analytics to ensure smooth campaign execution and delivery.


Job Requirement

Qualifications:
  • 5–8 years of experience in digital ad sales or media sales, with a strong focus on the North Indian market.
  • Established network within agencies and key direct clients in the region.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
