Sales & Business Development
-
Drive sales of service contracts (AMCs, operational contracts) for Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire Detection & Suppression, and Electronic Security Systems.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with end-users, facility managers, consultants, and developers.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term customer retention.
Customer Engagement & Account Management

Conduct site surveys and prepare customized service proposals and BOQs.

Present technical and commercial offerings to clients, highlighting value propositions and differentiators.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service delivery and issue resolution.
Operational Excellence

Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure timely execution of contracts.

Monitor contract performance, renewal cycles, and profitability metrics.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Strategic Planning & Reporting

Achieve annual sales targets and contribute to regional growth plans.

Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and customer databases.

Provide market intelligence and feedback to product and strategy teams.

Drive sales growth and meet annual targets

Conduct business development and client engagement activities

Deliver technical presentations and highlight JCI’s value proposition

Perform site surveys and prepare BOQs

Collaborate with service delivery teams for contract execution

Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics); MBA preferred
-
10+ years of experience in service/project sales in IBMS, Fire & Security domains
-
Strong understanding of BMS, Fire Detection, and Security systems
-
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
-
Proven track record in winning service contracts and managing client relationships
