Roles & Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Management:
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers.
Project Oversight:
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and deployment.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
AWS Infrastructure Management:
Design, implement, and optimize AWS infrastructure to support scalable and reliable applications.
Ensure the security and cost-effectiveness of cloud resources.
Data Engineering:
Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to handle large volumes of data.
Ensure data integrity, quality, and accessibility for various applications.
Large Language Models (LLMs) Integration:
Integrate LLMs for different use cases, ensuring they meet performance and accuracy requirements.
Stay updated with advancements in LLMs and apply best practices for their deployment.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliverables.
Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to senior management and other stakeholders.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for software development.
Implement testing strategies to ensure the reliability and performance of applications.
Continuous Improvement:
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the team competitive.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop contingency plans to address potential issues.
Documentation:
Ensure comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and best practices for future reference and training.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’ s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a software engineering manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong technical background with AI Engineering, Data Engineering, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Python.
Experience with large language models (LLMs) and their integration into AI systems.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies
