Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Manager – Store & Assets with a strong background in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, tracking, and optimizing store assets and inventory across multiple properties while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all store assets and inventory related to real estate operations
• Develop and implement asset and inventory control policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of assets, equipment, and materials across locations
• Conduct regular audits, reconciliation, and reporting of inventory and assets
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to optimize asset utilization
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Lead and mentor inventory and store management teams
• Analyze inventory data to reduce loss, waste, and operational costs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Masters degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Real Estate, or a related field
• 8–10 years of proven experience in real estate, specifically in asset, store, or inventory management
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems, asset lifecycle management, and reporting tools
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing multi-site real estate assets
• Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities
• Proficiency in ERP or inventory management software
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
