SENIOR MANAGER - STRATEGIC ACCOUNTS

1. Develop a Strategic Relationships with customers in a specific industry segment to execute the commercial plans of Jafz by:

a. Manage close contact and regularly interact with strategic customers to understand their business, their challenges and new opportunities in the industry.

b. Work with all teams within the organization to ensure customer satisfaction/ delight, by addressing any issues raised by the customer with regards to port and FZ operations.

c. Identify business growth opportunities and work with various teams within Jafza and DPW to secure the business on group’s platform.

d. Providing real time market intelligence and industry developments to BI team to facilitate management decision making on industry situations and new initiatives.

2. 100% coverage of the assigned segment with average 15 structured customer meetings per week. Recording of all interactions, issues and resolutions on the CRM system.

3. Complete ownership and coverage of assigned segment developing and maintaining effective business relationship with the strategic clients, promptly attending to all critical issues to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.

4. Plan, develop, and implement overall development plans and programs for the assigned segments and all industries in accordance with the department/organization strategy.

5. Follow-up on customers with identified potential to develop business relationship and Identify areas of growth within the industry,

6. Develop solutions together with other teams within the organization or external (like customs etc) to ensure the identified growth can be materialized and is secured on groups platform,

7. Assist customers to identify potential suppliers and buyers within the zone by providing suitable platforms for customers to interact & in turn facilitate dependence & business efficiencies.

8. Ensure complete understanding of all processes and operations of port and Zone to be able to assist customers in their operations wherever needed.

9. Facilitate open dialogue on key issues related to the industry segment through forums to escalate industry issues and help management partners take value decisions.

10. Any other specific Assignments or projects assigned by the management from time to time.
