Overview
The Sales & Leasing Performance Unit (PU) within Qiddiya is responsible for developing best practice sales and leasing standards and expertise within the organization. Strategic objectives include developing sales and leasing best practices to support the Sales & Leasing Operations team, ensuring consistency across projects, supporting ongoing training and development of sales and leasing team members, and providing guidance and support related to the implementation of procedures and tools.
The Senior Manager for Residential, Office, Retail, and Land leads and coordinates strategic enablement and support of the sales and leasing efforts across these asset classes. This role ensures the operational teams across asset classes are equipped with strategic insights, tools, and support to achieve objectives. The Senior Manager reports to the Senior Director of Strategic Management within the Sales & Leasing Performance Unit (PU) at Qiddiya and serves as a key liaison between centralized PU functions and operational teams, ensuring alignment, consistency, and operational excellence.
Role Description
The Senior Manager for Residential, Office, Retail, and Land plays a critical role in leading and coordinating the strategic enablement and support of the sales and leasing efforts across these asset classes. This role ensures that the operational teams across the asset classes are equipped with the strategic insights, tools, and support needed to achieve their objectives effectively. Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic Management within the Sales & Leasing Performance Unit (PU) at Qiddiya, the Senior Manager serves as a key liaison between the centralized PU functions and operational teams, ensuring alignment, consistency, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Strategic Responsibilities (for Managerial roles and above)
- Asset Class Sales & Leasing Strategy: Support in the development and implementation of strategies for the sales and leasing of Residential, Office, Retail, and Land (RRO&L) assets, aligning with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with Asset Class Business Units to tailor strategies that address the specific needs of each asset class.
- Centralized Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the Sales & Leasing PU and the operational teams for Residential, Office, Retail, and Land Asset Class Business Units.
- Ensure seamless communication and collaboration, addressing gaps in centralized support.
- Contribute to cross-functional working groups and forums, driving decision-making and progress tracking.
- Policy and Procedure Alignment: Ensure the adoption of standardized policies, procedures, and templates across asset classes to maintain consistency and compliance.
- Provide input on the development of tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of go-to-market frameworks, processes, and performance enablers.
- Market Insights and Data-Driven Decision Making: Partner with the Market Analysis Manager to leverage market data and trends to deliver actionable insights on market trends and competitor benchmarks to inform sales and leasing strategies across RRO&L.
- Use competitive analysis and economic conditions to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Operational Responsibilities
- Customer Journey Oversight: Support Customer Service Operation in the oversight of the customer journey for each asset class.
- Digital Tools and CRM Management: Support the Customer Service Operations Team in implementing and ensuring the correct use of the CRM and other digital tools tailored to the needs of Residential, Office, Retail, and Land operations; ensure effective adoption and utilization of these tools by operational teams.
- Proactively support in recommending additional tools that will enable Asset Class Business Units to meet their targeted KPI's.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including finance, legal, compliance, and risk management, to ensure alignment and support for sales and leasing operations; coordinate with marketing teams to develop campaigns and materials that support asset class objectives.
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Stay informed of industry best practices and incorporate them into Qiddiya's operations.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of sales and leasing training programs and capability-building within the Sales and Leasing online academy.
Requirements
Knowledge, Qualifications & Skills required Essential (must have to perform the role)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and leasing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple asset classes.
- Strong knowledge of real estate sales and leasing practices, particularly in Residential, Office, Retail, and Land.
- Experience in CRM systems, digital tools and customer journey relevant to sales and leasing.
- Proficiency in leveraging market analysis and data for strategic decision-making.
- Proven track record of successfully driving strategic initiatives across multiple business units within a complex organization.
- High level of integrity, drive and intellectual curiosity.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills to communicate to stakeholders and management.
- Sincere enthusiasm for Qiddiya generating a genuine strong commercial narrative.
- Able to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Astute networker, able to build deep relationships within and across industry sectors, always looking to help foster connections with other people.
Desirable (advantageous)
- Arabic & English speaker - Written & Spoken.
- Exposure to giga-projects, or large-scale developments in the GCC.
- Familiarity with Saudi real estate laws and market dynamics.
