Senior Manager - Strategy Oversight

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive national engagement strategy to enhance Qiddiya’s profile and relationships with government bodies, local communities, and national institutions.
• Identify key stakeholders and foster partnerships that align with Qiddiya’s strategic objectives, ensuring collaborative opportunities across various sectors.
• Lead initiatives that promote Qiddiya’s vision, projects, and initiatives through engaging programs and outreach activities.
• Coordinate and manage regular meetings, workshops, and public forums to align national interests with Qiddiya’s legacy and community-oriented projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that engagement initiatives are integrated with overall company strategies and marketing efforts.
• Monitor and evaluate external social, political, and economic developments to understand implications for Qiddiya’s objectives.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners to communicate the status and outcomes of engagement initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering their professional development and understanding of national engagement processes.
• Represent Qiddiya in national forums, summits, and strategic discussions to showcase our initiatives and gather insights for future engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic engagements.
