Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karāchi for a Senior Manager of Supply Chain Management. The role requires overseeing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain functions, including procurement, inventory control, and logistics. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing supply chain operations, implementing strategies to enhance supply efficiency and cost-effectiveness, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the availability of necessary resources to meet organizational goals. The Senior Manager will also lead and mentor the supply chain team while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management, Supply Management, and Purchase Management
• Proficiency in Inventory Management and related practices
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess supply chain performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Proven experience in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the retail or convenience store industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous

Pay: Up to Rs350,000.00 per month
