Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead our hiring efforts across Technology and Product functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about building world-class teams that drive innovation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, Product Management and related tech roles.
  • Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and define talent strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing TA team focused on delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Leverage data and insights to optimize sourcing, pipeline health, and time-to-fill metrics.


Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in tech/product hiring .
  • Proven track record of hiring for engineering, product, and design roles in high-growth or tech-first companies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics .


Preferred Attributes

  • Prior experience in startup or scale-up environments .
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive process improvements.
