Responsibilities
Client Management:

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Understand clients' business needs and provide proactive tax advice.
Tax Planning And Compliance

Lead and manage tax compliance engagements for a variety of clients.

Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize clients' financial positions.
Team Leadership

Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals.

Provide guidance on complex tax issues and ensure the team delivers high-quality work.
Research And Analysis

Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations.

Conduct research on technical tax issues and provide solutions to clients.
Business Development

Identify opportunities for new business and participate in business development activities.

Contribute to the growth of the Tax Services practice through networking and relationship-building.
The skillset we are looking for

The candidate should be well versed in the tax laws applicable in Pakistan.

Good Communication Skills

Proficient in the use of MS Office tools

Good knowledge & hands on expertise in IRIS (online Tax portal)
