About the Role
iQuanti is seeking a highly skilled and autonomous Sr. Manager, Technical SEO to provide expert-level technical analysis and innovative solutions for our clients. This is a hands-on role that requires you to get into the weeds of technical challenges while also effectively communicating complex issues and strategic solutions to senior leadership and key client
stakeholders.
You will be highly accountable and will own a wide range of responsibilities, acting as a technical authority for our clients. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of navigating the bureaucracy, technical debt, and complex stakeholder dynamics often found in large, enterprise-level organizations. You will be a key driver of technical SEO excellence, helping to
unlock organic growth and ensuring our clients' digital properties are optimized for performance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead technical audits and strategies related to website crawling, indexing, and rendering, ensuring optimal performance for search engines.

Diagnose and solve complex technical SEO issues, providing clear, actionable recommendations for development and IT teams.

Apply knowledge of LLM fundamentals (e.g., training data, tokenization, fine-tuning) to develop forward-thinking SEO strategies.

Partner with frontend development and CMS teams to implement SEO best practices and ensure technical health.

Facilitate cross-functional solutions around tag management, dynamic content, and A/B testing to mitigate risk and enhance site visibility.

Monitor, analyze, and improve Core Web Vitals and other technical performance metrics.
- Utilize web scraping and build automations with your coding knowledge to streamline workflows and identify new opportunities.

Build relationships with key clients, acting as a reliable, accountable resource and a trusted technical advisor.
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Have 4+ years of hands-on experience in technical SEO within a large-scale, enterprise environment.

Possess an expert-level working knowledge of technical SEO principles, including crawling, indexing, and rendering.

Have a strong conceptual foundation in LLM fundamentals.
- Be proficient with Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and other key technical SEO tools.

Be able to effectively diagnose Core Web Vitals opportunities and provide nuanced and feasible solutions.

Have experience with frontend development, CMS platforms, and tag management systems (e.g., Adobe, Google Tag Manager).

Demonstrate the ability to work independently and autonomously, with a high degree of accountability.

Be skilled at translating technical jargon into clear, concise, and persuasive communication for senior leadership.

Bring a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for staying ahead of the latest technical SEO trends and innovations.

Salary: $115K - $140K
