Senior Manager - Utilities and Critical Infrastructure (DEL 3)

Job Summary

The Senior Manager – Utilities & Critical Infrastructure leads the governance, reliability, and operational performance of all utility systems and critical infrastructure supporting Qiddiya Workers Villages.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead governance and oversight of all utility systems and critical infrastructure.
  • Establish preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for critical assets.
  • Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance for utilities operations.
  • Develop contingency and emergency response plans for system failures.
  • Oversee utilities service providers and OEMs against KPIs and SLAs.
  • Lead failure investigations and reliability improvement programs.
  • Provide technical leadership for upgrades and expansion projects.

Key Deliverables and Accountabilities

  • Reliable and uninterrupted utility services.
  • Preventive maintenance and reliability programs.
  • Emergency response and business continuity plans.
  • Compliance records and statutory inspection documentation.
  • Capital planning and lifecycle strategies.

KPIs / Performance Metrics

  • Utility system uptime for critical services.
  • Unplanned outage frequency and duration.
  • Preventive maintenance completion rate.
  • Compliance audit score.
  • Mean time between failures for critical systems.


Requirements


Required Qualifications and Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Professional engineering certifications preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in utilities or critical infrastructure operations.
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing mission-critical systems.
