Position Title: Senior Manager/Director – Investment & Capital Markets

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead investment, capital markets, and financing initiatives for JD Technology in UAE and international markets, including structured financing, asset management, and strategic partnerships.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with UAE and international funding sources, including family offices, institutional investors, hedge funds, and sovereign wealth funds, to expand financing channels and investment networks.
3. Design and execute cross-border financing, M&A, equity investment, and capital markets projects aligned with JD Technology’s strategic objectives.
4. Support senior management with capital strategy planning, driving initiatives such as asset securitization, RWA (Real World Assets) tokenization, and digital finance innovation.
5. Monitor and analyze UAE and global financial market trends, identifying opportunities and risks to support decision-making.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in investment banking, brokerage, or asset management in Dubai , with a strong understanding of capital markets and regulatory environment.
2. Education: Master’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law, or related fields from a top-ranked global university or renowned business school .
3. Network: Established relationships with family offices, institutional investors, and other major funding sources in UAE and internationally, with proven capability in fundraising and deal sourcing.
4. Skills:

• Solid expertise in financial modeling, capital structuring, and cross-border transaction execution;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of independently driving projects;
• Proficiency in English (Mandarin and Arabic preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience at top-tier investment banks, leading brokerages, or major asset management firms , with exposure to cross-border M&A, IPO, and private financing deals;
• Familiarity with digital assets, RWA tokenization, and fintech ecosystems in UAE;
• Experience in capital raising for tech or internet companies is a plus.
