Senior Manufacturing Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manufacturing Director for one of our clients - Industrial / Manufacturing Company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the industrial / Manufacturing, with a strong focus on operational excellence, strategic planning, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles within the industrial / Manufacturing companies.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing principles, and supply chain management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
