Senior Marketing

  • Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Create marketing plans focused on increasing sales, market share, and customer retention.
  • Identify growth opportunities, customer trends, and new market opportunities.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research regularly.
  • Build marketing campaigns with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.
  • Track, analyze, and report marketing ROI across all campaigns and channels
  • Optimize marketing spend to maximize ROI
  • Develop pricing strategies based on market trends, competitor pricing, margins, and customer behavior.
  • Work closely with operations and finance teams to improve profitability.
  • Oversee digital marketing activities including social media, paid ads, influencer campaigns, and online promotions.
  • Ensure strong brand consistency across all platforms and branches.
  • Plan and execute creative campaigns that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with designers, agencies, and content creators when required.
  • Work closely with operations teams to support branch performance and sales initiatives.
  • Lead and guide the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Set clear objectives and monitor team performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality.
