Senior Marketing Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to lead marketing analytics across all acquisition channels. The successful candidate will manage campaign execution and deliver actionable insights on CPT, CPA, CAC, ROI, attribution uniqueness, overlap, and creative-level performance.

This position is suited for candidates from Tier-1 engineering institutes (IITs or equivalent) with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment.

Requirements

• Manage and optimize performance of marketing campaigns across acquisition channels.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics: CPT, CPA, CAC, ROI, attribution, overlap, and creative effectiveness.
• Build data models and dashboards to monitor channel efficiency and ROI.
• Conduct attribution analysis to identify uniqueness and minimize overlap across campaigns.
• Partner with product, growth, and creative teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Perform advanced A/B and multivariate testing to refine targeting, messaging, and creative performance.
• Provide leadership with insights and recommendations to guide business decisions.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Tech from IIT or Tier-1 engineering college (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing analytics within a high-growth startup.
• Prior experience in fintech, trading, or crypto industries is highly desirable.

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with expertise in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and data storytelling skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented.
