Description:

As a member of the Marketing Department, the Senior Marketing Associate focused on growth is a key driver of TCI’s client acquisition and business development marketing efforts. This role is responsible for building and executing strategies that expand TCI’s visibility, generate qualified opportunities, and directly contribute to firm growth. Unlike brand and internally focused marketing roles, this position emphasizes measurable results across digital, referral, and community-based channels to fuel advisor growth.


The Senior Marketing Associate focused on growth partners closely with TCI’s digital marketing agency to ensure campaigns are aligned with firm objectives, adopted internally, and measured for ROI. They translate campaigns into usable tools for advisors, report outcomes, and continuously refine strategies for effectiveness.

As a senior member of the Marketing Team, the Senior Marketing Associate serves as a subject-matter expert, mentor, and project lead. They model TCI’s core values, drive adoption of best practices, and ensure accountability to growth objectives.

Requirements:

The Senior Marketing Associate is expected to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously while demonstrating strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, SEO, social, paid media, webinars, and events) with a focus on generating and nurturing qualified leads.
  • Build and refine TCI’s digital-to-client funnel with clear benchmarks for cost-per-lead, cost-per-opportunity, and cost-per-client.
  • Partner with advisors to design localized office growth strategies, including referral and COI programs.
  • Develop lead magnets, nurture campaigns, and client-acquisition content.
  • Collaborate with Data Analyst and CCMO to assess marketing ROI and align growth efforts with firm goals.
  • Serve as a marketing growth partner to offices, helping advisors expand visibility and client acquisition efforts.
  • Mentor teammates, lead growth initiatives, and champion adoption of new systems.
  • Model TCI’s culture and professionalism in all internal and external interactions.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a emphasis on growth, demand generation, or business development marketing (preferably in professional services or financial services).
  • Proven track record of designing and executing multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, analytics, SEO, CRM/marketing automation (HubSpot/Salesforce preferred).
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with project management skills, comfortable managing complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Collaborative, innovative, and entrepreneurial mindset, thrives on creating solutions and driving measurable growth.
  • Respected as a leader and thought partner, able to mentor others and champion change.
  • Present a professional and personable demeanor in representing TCI.
