Park Bank is hiring our newest Senior Marketing Coordinator to join the organization! Reporting to the VP of Marketing & Communications, the Senior Marketing Coordinator will be a dynamic addition to the team, helping drive the bank’s marketing strategies and content development. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a desire to grow in a community-driven organization.
As the Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the Marketing team onsite to develop high-quality content across various platforms. You are creative, collaborative, and take initiative on projects. You’ll lead marketing campaigns, manage day-to-day activities, and partner with internal teams and external vendors to creatively represent Park Bank’s brand through impactful marketing initiatives.

Essential Functions & Duties

Confidently understand digital marketing tactics and channels, including email marketing, social media, blog writing, webinars, search and display advertising, SEO, and SEM

Maintain the bank’s social media efforts, including posting structure and content calendar

Work closely with the Creative Specialist to develop high quality marketing content such as graphics, videos, blogs, social media posts, and community success pieces

Craft high-performing email campaigns using marketing automation to nurture leads and drive engagement

Edit and proofread marketing communications, content, graphics, and other media assets to ensure brand alignment and visual standards

Monitor and update website content ensuring it’s up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for SEO

Provide support for internal or external events

Coordinate internal and external client communication strategies in collaboration with VP of Marketing & Communications

Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Required Education and Experience
-
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Equivalent experience also accepted.

5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital, content development or equivalent combination of education and experience.
