Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc. (TNP) is an engineering and design consulting firm serving clients throughout Texas. Our Marketing team has an immediate opening for a full-time Marketing Coordinator in our Fort Worth office. The successful candidate will be integral to the continued success of the company, with significant opportunities to support and enhance how TNP presents itself across a wide array of marketing materials and mediums. This role is critical to the support and expansion of the company’s marketing efforts.

As Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will work with a diverse, highly-creative group of professionals to create architecture/engineering/construction-focused proposals and Statements of Qualifications. The role will also include preparation of collateral, conference materials, social media posts, and other internal and external projects. Through collaboration with Marketing staff and other key firm personnel, you will be responsible for the design and development of creative content consistent with our corporate brand.

We envision filling this role with an individual with strong planning and communication skills, who can work closely with both marketing and technical personnel to create timely and aesthetically pleasing documents for consumption by our clients, the public, and our employees.

Candidates will be asked to submit work samples as part of the interview process. We will give prime consideration to those portfolios demonstrating a strong blend of aesthetic layout and thematic/branding consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and interface with marketing and technical engineering staff to prepare proposals, with an emphasis on content, formatting, layout, technical writing, and proofreading
  • Assist with the preparation of technical and marketing presentations using PowerPoint
  • Develop and post social media content aimed at increasing awareness of TNP’s technical, social, and professional initiatives
  • Develop and prepare graphic art pieces in support of proposals, presentations, conferences, or other marketing endeavors
  • Meet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, any through collaboration and follow-up with technical staff
  • Read and analyze RFQ/RFPs requirements
  • Prepare and format SOQs/proposals with an emphasis on content for readability, consistency, clarity and compliance with requirements
  • Assist with the preparation of project marketing sheets and staff resumes through interviewing technical personnel
  • Manage strong working relationships with staff to ensure proposal input is accurate, compelling and timely
  • Work with marketing/design team to update marketing collateral
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and teaming partners to obtain marketing materials
  • Ability to work overtime as necessary to complete projects

Requirements

At a minimum, candidates must meet the following educational and professional requirements:

Education/Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, English, Journalism, or related degree
  • A valid Driver's license

Professional

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the AEC industry or related field with managing proposals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (candidates will be required to submit a sample of their previous work prior to in-person interviews)
  • Expertise with Adobe InDesign software
  • Proven experience with document design and layout
  • Proficiency with other Adobe Creative Suite products (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel, etc
  • Experience with various social media platforms, including: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc
  • Experience using Cosential or another CRM software is preferred
