We are seeking a senior and very experienced person for this role.

You’ll Be Successful Here If You Can

  • Architect and problem-solve to find answers and solutions.
  • Think through the high-level goal, why, and strategy of things.
  • Write copy and CTA based on who, what, why.
  • Prioritize higher-value pages in session recordings and give insights about behavior.
  • Review AOV, LTV, and conversion rates to draw insights.
  • Properly use GA & GSC for insights and reporting.
  • Build and run complex reports in Shopify, Klaviyo, and Meta.
  • Post on social based on algorithms, growth mechanics, & successful formats.
  • Build, organize, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns from brief to launch.
  • Track vendor deliverables (ads, content, influencer posts) and follow up until complete.
  • Write launch emails, SMS, and social captions that convert — not fluff.
  • Use ChatGPT and AI tools to brainstorm, write, and refine content quickly.
  • Schedule content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and email with intention and timing that aligns with strategy.
  • Check Slack daily for vendor or team updates and help move things forward by sending assets and flagging items to the Marketing Director.
  • Create, optimize, and manage tasks in Asana.
  • QC campaign & assets before launch — spot typos, broken links, or missing CTAs.

Core Responsibilities

  • Plan, write, and schedule all marketing content (social, email, SMS, blog) in line with launch calendars.
  • Manage campaign execution — from creative requests to approvals and posting.
  • Track, organize, and communicate with vendors to ensure deliverables are met on time.
  • Summarize vendor updates for the Marketing Director and flag blockers early.
  • Assist with paid ads coordination (ad copy, asset collection, deadline tracking).
  • Update product listings, website banners, and launch assets as needed.
  • Monitor analytics and create short, actionable summaries of performance.
  • Support the development of marketing SOPs, reports, and launch timelines.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years in marketing coordination, and CPG
  • Strong writing and communication skills — clear, structured, on-brand.
  • Experience with tools: Asana, Slack, Klaviyo, Shopify, Google Drive, Meta Ads, or similar.
  • High ownership and initiative — you move projects forward without waiting.
  • Comfortable with data, deadlines, and cross-team coordination.

Skills

  • Proven expertise in SEO, social media marketing, digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising sales processes and B2B marketing techniques.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for designing promotional assets.
  • Experience with WordPress CMS platform; basic HTML skills for website updates.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking website traffic; experience with Google AdWords for paid campaigns.
  • Ability to utilize marketing automation tools effectively to nurture leads and automate workflows.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging messages tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing strategies including email marketing campaigns and analytics interpretation.
  • Understanding of e-commerce platforms and how they integrate into overall marketing efforts.
  • Strong research skills to analyze market data and competitor activities for strategic insights.
  • Effective budgeting skills for planning campaigns within allocated resources while maximizing ROI.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
