We are expanding our brand presence across social media, digital platforms, and showrooms — and we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Designer to elevate our creative direction.

Role Overview
A senior creative role focused on marketing design — crafting visuals that build trust, attract leads, and convert customers. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to design impactful campaigns across digital, motion, and brand channels for both local and export markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the visual direction of all marketing campaigns.
• Design high-performing creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms.
• Create engaging ads, visuals, and motion content.
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials.
• Retouch and present vehicles for listings, launches, and promotions.
• Develop banners, posters, and digital assets for various campaigns.
• Translate marketing goals into visuals that drive results.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to align design with strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing design (automotive, luxury, or retail preferred).
• Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of digital ad design and conversion-focused content.
• Experience in video and motion graphics for social media.
• Knowledge of UAE audiences and export market trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver consistent, high-quality work.
• Portfolio showcasing creative impact and business results.

This is a senior-level position, not an entry-level role. We seek someone who can think strategically, execute creatively, and elevate the CarandX brand.
