With over $800K in monthly ad spend across Meta and Google, we are scaling quickly and looking for a data-driven and creative Senior Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy, unify our specialized teams, and elevate the brand to the next level.

About the Role
As the Senior Marketing Director, you will oversee all aspects of Coverland’s marketing strategy to drive growth, profitability, and brand expansion across acquisition, retention, and creative channels.
You will manage and mentor a talented team of channel specialists including our Performance Marketing Manager, CRO Manager, SEO Manager, Retention Manager, Social Media Manager, and Creative Strategist who oversees the video production team.
Your role is to connect strategy, performance, and creative execution to ensure every marketing dollar drives measurable growth while strengthening the Coverland brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, align, and oversee all marketing functions across acquisition, retention, creative, and CRO.
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to scale ad spend profitably beyond one million dollars per month.
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to optimize blended ROAS, CAC, and MER.
- Partner with the Creative Strategist and video production team to ensure high-performing ad creative and brand storytelling.
- Oversee SEO, retention, and CRO initiatives to improve conversion rates and customer lifetime value.
- Expand Coverland's reach into new channels such as Affiliate Marketing and Programmatic Advertising, among others.
- Build and maintain a unified marketing dashboard and reporting system for all channels.
- Collaborate with leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and quarterly planning.
- Manage and mentor a growing team of marketing professionals, fostering accountability and innovation.
- Stay informed on industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging opportunities in digital marketing.
Qualifications
- 7 to 12 years of experience in digital marketing and eCommerce, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of scaling ad spend of at least $500K per month profitably.
- Strong understanding of Marketing Channels, including Paid Media, CRO, Retention, Affiliates and creative testing.
- Analytical mindset with experience using analytics and attribution tools such as GA4, Triple Whale, or Northbeam.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to align and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of creative strategy and storytelling for DTC brands.
- Experience in automotive, lifestyle, or high-ticket eCommerce is a strong plus.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
