Senior Marketing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing and business development plans.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within government, semi-government, and private sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings.
• Monitor ongoing projects and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
• Prepare periodic reports on marketing activities, leads, and business development progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development within engineering, construction, fire protection, MEP, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar market and local business environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain high-level client relationships.
• Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
• Arabic nationality are highly preferred.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills will be a significant advantage.
