- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers to generate patient referrals.
- Identify and onboard corporate clients, wellness programs, and health camps.
- Conduct regular visits to referring partners to maintain engagement and loyalty.

- Design and execute local marketing campaigns for health packages, diagnostics offers, and seasonal promotions.
- Manage offline promotions like banners, flyers, kiosks, and local events.
- Plan digital campaigns (if applicable), including Google Ads, social media, email, and SMS marketing.
- Ensure consistent branding across marketing materials, signage, uniforms, and communications.
- Improve center visibility through community engagement activities, camps, and sponsorships.
- Analyze local market trends, competitors, pricing, and service offerings.
- Provide input for pricing strategies, new test launches, or promotional offers based on market demand.
- Track leads from all channels (calls, website, walk-ins, and referrals) and coordinate with the sales/reception team for follow-ups.
- Ensure high conversion rates from inquiries to bookings.
- Maintain a database of referring doctors, corporate clients, and patients.
- Segment and target customers for re-marketing campaigns (e.g., annual health checks, reminder messages).
