Job Description:
We’re looking for a strategic yet hands-on Senior Marketing Executive to lead and execute initiatives across digital, product, content, and brand marketing. This role is for someone with strong foundations in digital marketing, but who’s equally comfortable writing campaign copy, collaborating on in-product communications, and helping the team scale fast. You’ll play a key role in shaping campaigns, improving conversion flows, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, product, and brand touchpoints
- Lead lifecycle marketing efforts including onboarding flows, email sequences, and in-app messaging
- Drive content strategy across email, social, landing pages, and product updates
- Collaborate with design and product teams on marketing assets, UX copy, and microcontent
- Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to identify areas of improvement
- Coordinate with sales and product teams to align messaging and support lead generation
- Help manage internal or external marketing resources (e.g., freelancers, tools, vendors)
- Contribute to event planning, partner initiatives, and GTM campaigns
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience in a generalist or hybrid marketing role
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; strong communication skills with the ability to write across formats (email, product, web)
- Working knowledge of digital channels, email automation, and in-product marketing
- Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Intercom, HubSpot, and Canva or Figma
- Analytical mindset with a bias toward experimentation and iteration
- Organized, adaptable, and self-driven with the ability to lead projects independently
Preferred Skills:- Experience working in a startup, SaaS, tech, or B2B environments
- Familiarity with SEO basics, performance marketing, or CRM segmentation
- Understanding of growth funnels, activation metrics, and retention levers
- Exposure to webinar platforms, event coordination, or partnerships
