Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Marketing Executive to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in field marketing, client engagement, market intelligence, and sales support, while mentoring junior team members and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

On-Field Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Lead on-field marketing activities by visiting prospective and existing clients to promote tiles and related products
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups, site visits, and consultative engagement
  • Conduct on-site product demonstrations and provide expert guidance on product selection and application
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a professional and consistent brand presence in the market

Market Research & Strategic Insights

  • Conduct in-depth market surveys to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
  • Analyze customer feedback to uncover business opportunities and address market gaps
  • Share strategic and actionable market insights with senior sales and marketing leadership to support decision-making

Product Promotion & Brand Development

  • Plan and execute product promotion activities, including distribution of brochures, catalogs, and samples
  • Educate clients, architects, builders, and dealers on new product launches, schemes, and promotional offers
  • Support brand-building initiatives across assigned territories to strengthen market positioning

Sales Support & Lead Conversion

  • Identify, qualify, and generate high-potential leads within assigned regions
  • Strategically follow up with prospects to maximize conversion and revenue generation
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Lead negotiations on pricing and commercial terms to close deals effectively

Reporting, Analysis & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of daily field activities, client interactions, and sales pipelines
  • Prepare detailed reports on performance metrics, sales outcomes, and market intelligence
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates of client data and interactions within CRM systems

Internal Coordination & Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Communicate customer feedback and market challenges to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement
  • Support and guide junior marketing executives in field execution and best practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
