We are looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to lead our marketing operations and support the company’s ongoing growth.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing activities, including digital campaigns, content creation, product promotions, and brand development. The ideal candidate is organised, creative, and experienced in managing marketing strategy from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Manage digital campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and email marketing tools.
• Improve website performance, online visibility, and lead generation.
• Create and oversee content for social media, website, brochures, and product materials.
• Coordinate photo/video content production when required.
• Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance and marketing KPIs.
• Manage marketing calendars, product launches, and promotions.
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, service, and management to maintain consistent communication and branding.
• Build partnerships with relevant organisations, businesses, or community groups.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Skilled in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience in product‑based or service‑based companies is an advantage.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and organisational skills.
