About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, elevate brand visibility, and drive growth across multiple channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing, public relations, and brand management, capable of both planning and executing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns from concept to execution and performance analysis.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and reporting to ensure measurable ROI.
  • Digital & Social Media
  • Set up, manage, and optimize company social media channels to maximize engagement and growth.
  • Create data-driven content strategies and monitor analytics to refine performance.
  • Public Relations & Communications
  • Draft and distribute compelling press releases to relevant media outlets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, journalists, and influencers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for PR and brand reputation management.
  • Brand Awareness & Growth
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen brand positioning, identity, and awareness across markets.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and collateral.
  • Drive partnerships, sponsorships, and events that enhance visibility and credibility.

Skills

  • Proficiency in SEO and digital marketing techniques.
  • Experience in social media marketing across multiple platforms.
  • Strong understanding of multichannel marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of advertising sales processes.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for design purposes.
  • Expertise in content marketing and B2B marketing approaches.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics.
  • Proficient in email marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of HTML for basic website management tasks.
  • Strong research skills to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Excellent copywriting abilities for diverse formats.
  • Experience in Facebook Advertising campaigns.
  • Understanding of product management principles.
  • Budgeting experience related to marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with print advertising strategies.

Qualifications

Pay: $95,115.71 - $114,547.95 per year

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
