Senior Marketing Manager

Job Purpose :

  • You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across B2B, B2C and Franchise Brands
  • This involves enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and managing marketing activities—both digital and offline—while ensuring cohesive execution across all traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Your role will be crucial in expanding our presence and fostering relationships with both consumers and business partners.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies targeting both B2B and B2C audiences to increase brand awareness, sales, and business development in the Middle East region.
  • Manage offline marketing campaigns (events, trade shows, print media, etc.) to complement digital marketing efforts and build strong local and regional presence.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Develop targeted campaigns to support our franchise network, ensuring brand consistency and providing tools for franchisee success.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer behaviors and industry trends, offering insights that drive strategy across all marketing channels.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with key B2B partners, franchises, and media outlets to enhance marketing efforts and drive business opportunities.
  • Manage content for the company’s website, social media channels, promotional materials, and offline marketing collateral.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, optimizing them for better engagement and results.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, particularly in B2B and B2C environments, with an understanding of franchise marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and offline marketing techniques (events, print, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and franchise partners.
  • A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, creativity, and an ability to adapt to market demands.
